RETURN POLICY
All defective items will be replaced at no charge to customer if we
are notified within 4 days of receipt that there is a problem. Otherwise
customers have full manufacturer warrantee.
There will be a 25% restocking fee (plus shipping and handling to and
from customer) if we are notified within 4 days of receipt for any reason
other than the above unit must be in original packaging and in good
condition.
All refunds will be issued as a store credit after the merchandise is
returned and inspected for damages.
Exchanges only, NO cash refunds! All sales are final once they have
been installed!
RMA numbers are only good two weeks upon date of issue, after the two weeks we will not accept returns!
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Sometimes your product may not be defective but you simply are not aware
of proper procedures for optimal usage of your new product, in which
case our technical support team would be pleased to help you get the
most out of your new purchase. If you have any questions about the performance
of a product, please contact us by telephone at 1-800-341-5576.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed a order and would like to cancel it for any reason,
please contact us by either calling us at 1-800-341-5576 with in the
same business day (Mon.-Fri, 9 a.m.-5p.m. EST) that it was placed on
in order to cancel it free of any charges. After the full business day
we will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however
we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop you order from shipping.
If we are unable to intervene in the fulfillment process you are liable
for all shipping and handling charges both outbound shipping (including
special shipping) and return.
ORDER REFUSED ON DELIVERY
If you have refused your order upon receipt, you will be liable for
any promotional outbound (including special shipping) and return shipping
and handling costs.
Any returns arriving without our RMA number will be refused or returned
at the customer's expense.
